What is the key to building and operating a successful business? Just inspire people and be inspirational. Millions of inspired people around the world are actually living in their dreams. Millionaires are made, family’s are becoming more loving and caring, people are becoming healthier. Powerful inspired leaders are learning growing and improving their chances for success.

Be the catalyst that inspires you and your tribe or community to achieve their success. Be the inspired and inspiring business owner. The key here is actually congruency. You must feel successful as you uniquely define it and carry that success with you wherever you go.

Here’s how to inspire your clients, your prospects, your team, and everyone that you come into contact with.

  1. Self Improvement. Are you and your are going to get stronger in everything that you do? Or you gonna try and stay the same? The decision about what you’ll become is made every single day. Everyday, someone is making the decision to better themselves. Let that person be you then let it be your clients.
  2. Make a plan. Once you’ve decided to become better you need to have a plan. Make it systematic and progressive. Someones gonna develop a plan that will take them into the future for their dreams. Again, let it be you.
  3. Take action. The real key to turning dreams into reality is doing something about it. People who have great ideas are dime a dozen. But people who act on their dreams and ideas are the select few, but they’re the one’s who’ll going to gain the health, wealth and wisdom that’s actually available to them. Someone will act today. Let it be you.

 Stop looking at other who have the good life wishing you were there too. Instead, begin to commit to your improvement. Develop a plan and act on it.

Hi this is John Millar, I’m the Naked Business Coach, stripping business back to the bare basics. I wanna touch on something today that actually might be a little bit of a surprise. It’s only a short podcast today but a powerful one. And this is what I want you to think about: how to inspire your prospects and your clients.

Now I’m often asked “What is the key to building and operating a successful business?” Now the answer is very simple. It’s just inspire people and be inspirational. Now millions of inspired people around the world are actually living in their dreams. Millionaires are made, family’s are becoming more loving and caring, people are becoming healthier. Powerful inspired leaders are learning growing and improving their chances for success. And let’s face it, everyone is seeking success as an individual uniquely for themselves or for the group that they are part of. And many are actually achieving it. People are getting rich, getting healthier, and like I said improving their lives.

My recommendation to you is actually be the catalyst that inspires you and your tribe or community to achieve their success. Be the inspired and inspiring business owner. The key here is actually congruency. You must feel successful as you uniquely define it and carry that success with you wherever you go. What do your clients and your prospects want? Do they wana make more money? Do they want you to empower and leverage their team? To optimize their time? It’s gonna be a lot easier to inspire people to do this if you do it yourself. So why not?

Now one of the great authors who’s unfortunately no longer with us and speakers, Jim or James Rohan. “Everyday people are improving their lives and businesses. Whether you do or not, doesn’t matter to those who do. They are going to do it regardless. It’s simply a matter of a decision being made. Let that person be you.” Now pretty harsh but true. So here’s something that you’re going to commit to if you’re going to inspire your clients, your prospects, your team, and everyone that you come into contact with.

  1. Self Improvement. Are you and your are going to get stronger in everything that you do? Or you gonna try and stay the same? No matter what you’ve achieve in the past, you are where you are right now. What you’ve achieved in the past is great – so far – but it doesn’t make a difference for the future.   2. Make a plan. Once you’ve decided to become better you need to have a plan. I know that this sounds like a common sense but make sure you avoid over complicating that plan. Make it systematic and progressive. Someones gonna develop a plan that will take them into the future for their dreams. Again, let it be you.
  3. Take action. All of these ideas without action of getting off your backside become stale and useless. The real key to turning dreams into reality is doing something about it. People who have great ideas are dime a dozen. But people who act on their dreams and ideas are the select few, but they’re the one’s who’ll going to gain the health, wealth and wisdom that’s actually available to them. Someone will act today. Let it be you.
