BE

In order to have something like a million dollars, you have to develop the believes and the values of a millionaire. Same goes with attracting the right customers. Be the company your target customers would like to do business with.

DO

It’s one thing when you got amazing customers to come to you, it’s another to consistently deliver more than what your customers expect – and an amazing business attracts amazing customers! Now when you’re in business , then you must do the things that makes these customers know what the perfect business will do for them.

HAVE

Imagine an owner of a jaguar, leaving his his car at a local garage that looks like it’s never seen anything better than a 64 combi. No, probably not likely. If you want the customer come to you, you must be the business to which he or she wants to come.

So just remember, you must be as well as do in order to have.

Hi this is John Millar and I’m the Naked Business Coach, Stripping business back to the bare basics.

Today, I want take you to a whole new area where we are going to talk about your mind set and a really simple formula that was introduce to me a number of years ago, that has made a significance difference in my life, it is actually called  be, do, have – a formula for success.

Now I believe that to be meaningful. Any change in life or business has to be dramatic. Minor changes are really easy to accomplish, but results are only in minor differences. To increase your sales in your business, by say, 150% in 3 months will take massive change in both your thinking and the way you do things.

So in order to have anything in life, we all recognize that we actually do something to achieve it. If you want wealth, you must invest. If you want love, you must give it first. If you want respect, you must earn it. No matter what you want, you need to do in order to have. But doing is not the only things you need to change in order it have, you must become the person who will have those things or persona that you desire. You must develop the identity, believes and values of the person that has those things. We’ve all heard it about that a lotto winners who within 3 years for several million dollars that they want, they didn’t become a millionaire.

Let’s talk about “becoming”. Everyone has the identity that they’ve develop usually with a very young age, and that identity has the use and believes that can limit you. Perhaps you believe that customers are always looking for discounts, you will always attract that sort of customers to your business because of your belief. And maybe you believe that business owners are greedy. What will you suppose will you be when you have your own business? So in order to have something like a million dollars, you have to develop the beliefs and the values of a millionaire. And believe me when I tell you that I have an identity that needs to be copied. In fact, it is said that you will earn plus or minus 10% of the earnings of three people you associate with most. Why? Because you develop the values and believes of those people. Now, business is no different, in order to have an amazing customer and an amazing business, needs amazing customers, simple you must develop your own business in one that will attract amazing customers.

So, what is an amazing customer? It’s specific to your business. Only you can define for yourself the characteristics of your amazing customer. But perhaps it includes your customer who always pays cash. Maybe the one who send you a lot of referrals. You must identify who your amazing customers are, and what this customers want. You must know how to keep this customers shopping with you. You must be the place or be the business with this people and customer want to come do business. And it’s exactly the same in every business. It’s one thing where you got an amazing customers to come to you, it’s another to consistently deliver more than your customers expect and an amazing business attracts this amazing customers.

Now when you’re in business, then you must do the things that makes these customers know what the perfect business will do for them.
